Employee Assistance Programs provides valuable information, educational materials, resources, and self-assessments on key behavioral health topics, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, alcohol abuse, and health and wellness, to help you live healthy and work well. In addition, many EAP programs include Management Consultation, Legal & Financial Services, Health and Wellness Presentations, counseling Services and Critical Incident Response.

Ergonomics
EAP also sponsors Ergonomics training and assessments. Basic Ergonomic Principles include:
- Position and support the body in neutral
- Arrange work and workstation for functionality and neutral work postures
- Avoid fatigue/discomfort
- Utilize micro-breaks/stretches/move often
- Alternate work tasks, practices & work postures
